Usually, in such situations an Order ID will not be generated at our end and we will not be able to verify whether the amount has been deducted from your account. You can drop an email or call us to inform about the issue, however, the best way to sort it out will be to contact your credit/debit card issuing company, bank or wallet which you used to make the payment. They will be easily able to reverse the charges and solve your issue at the earliest.
