Ingredients used in HOME STYLE CHICKEN CLEAR SOUP

• Bay leaf – 1 number.
• Cinnamon stick – 2 pieces.
• Cardamom – 2 numbers.
• Cloves – 3 numbers.
• Pepper corns – 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander seeds – 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger – 2 pieces.
• Garlic – 3 numbers.
• Green chilies – 3-4 numbers.
• Onion – 1 number.
• Carrot – 1 Number.
• Cabbage – 1/2 Cup.
• Chicken Bones – 150 Grams.
• Salt – To Taste.
• Boneless Chicken Pieces – 100 Grams.
• Coriander Leaves(Chopped) – 1 Tea Spoon.
• Lemon Juice – 1 Tablespoon.
• Water – As Required.
• Mint Leaves (Chopped) – 1 Tea Spoon.

Method:
• In a pressure cooker take a bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, peppercorns, coriander seeds, ginger, garlic, green chilies, onions, carrot, cabbage, chicken bones, and water.
• Also, add salt and pressure cook for 5 whistles.
• After the whistles remove the lid and strain out the water after removing the chicken bones.
• Switch on the flame and keep this for cooking by adding few boneless chicken pieces.
• Boil for another 5-10minutes then add coriander leaves, mint leaves, and lemon juice.
• Switch off the flame and serve hot in a soup bowl.
